Meet and greet is the difference between walking out of arrivals looking for a car park, and walking out to someone already waiting for you. Here is how it works with us.
Before you fly
When you book, give us your flight number and the terminal. Where valid flight details have been provided we may monitor the flight's arrival information and make reasonable efforts to adjust the collection following a delay.
Flight monitoring is not a guarantee. It does not always pick up every schedule change, cancellation or operational disruption immediately, so if you become aware of a significant change to your travel arrangements, please tell us.
After you land
Follow the meeting instructions we send you and stay contactable. Baggage reclaim, immigration and customs are the three things most likely to hold you up, and if any of them are taking a long time, a quick message to us is all we need to keep the driver in place.
If you cannot find your driver
Contact our customer support team rather than leaving the agreed meeting area. Almost every "missing driver" turns out to be two people standing in two different parts of a large terminal. We can put you directly in touch.
Waiting time
Free waiting time depends on the type of journey and the service arranged, and airport arrangements differ from standard address, hotel or residential pickups. If the driver is asked to wait beyond the included period, additional waiting charges may apply.
Where the included waiting period has expired and we cannot locate or contact you, the journey may be treated as a passenger no-show, which is exactly why staying contactable matters.
