Paddington is the London terminus for Great Western services to Reading, Bath, Bristol, south Wales and the west, and it is also the London end of the Heathrow Express. That combination makes it one of the busiest stations we cover for onward airport journeys.
Where we meet you
The station has several exits onto different streets, and Praed Street outside is restricted and busy. Rather than guessing, your driver agrees a meeting point with you in advance and calls on approach. For arrivals with luggage we can meet you on the concourse with a name board.
Paddington to Heathrow by car
The Heathrow Express is fast, but it runs to the central terminals and it is a train: with three people and a stack of suitcases, or at an hour when services thin out, a car is often the more practical option. It also takes you to your terminal door rather than to a station under it, which matters at Terminal 4 and Terminal 5.

The hours we run
We collect and drop off between 8am and 6pm. Great Western's first departures west and its last arrivals into Paddington fall outside that, so check your train against our hours first. If a train inside those hours is delayed, call the office and we will move the collection.
Luggage
Long-distance passengers arrive with full-size cases and Paddington's exits involve a walk. Give us the case count when you book and we will send a vehicle with the boot space rather than the minimum number of seats.
Booking your Paddington Station transfer
Every journey is arranged and accepted in advance. We are a licensed private hire operator, not a street-hail taxi service, so cars cannot be flagged down or picked up from a rank.
When you request a journey, please give us:
- The passenger name and a contact telephone number
- Correct pickup and destination addresses
- The date and required pickup time
- The number of passengers, and the amount and size of luggage
- Flight or sailing details where they apply
- Any accessibility requirements that affect the vehicle we send
The price shown when you book is an estimate based on what you tell us. Our office confirms the final price before you travel, and it does not change afterwards because of traffic or a longer route.
