Victoria is one of the busiest stations in the country, serving the south and south east: Southern and Southeastern services into Kent, Sussex and Surrey, and the Gatwick Express to the airport. Victoria Coach Station is a short walk away on Buckingham Palace Road and is a separate place entirely.
Station or coach station
Tell us which you need. The rail station and the coach station are close on a map and awkwardly separate on foot with luggage, and a driver waiting at the wrong one is a genuine delay. Coach passengers in particular often assume the two are the same building.
Where we meet you
The streets around Victoria are congested and stopping is restricted. Your driver agrees a meeting point with you beforehand and calls on approach rather than circling the block. For arrivals with luggage we can meet you inside with a name board.

Why a car rather than the train
The Gatwick Express is quick when it is running and you are travelling light. With three people and four suitcases, or at an hour when services are reduced, a pre-booked car is usually the simpler answer. It is also the only option that puts your luggage in a boot rather than in a luggage rack you cannot see from your seat.
The hours we run
We collect and drop off between 8am and 6pm. Victoria's first and last services sit outside that window, so check your times against our hours before you book. Journeys inside those hours are confirmed with the driver's details in advance.
Booking your Victoria Station transfer
Every journey is arranged and accepted in advance. We are a licensed private hire operator, not a street-hail taxi service, so cars cannot be flagged down or picked up from a rank.
When you request a journey, please give us:
- The passenger name and a contact telephone number
- Correct pickup and destination addresses
- The date and required pickup time
- The number of passengers, and the amount and size of luggage
- Flight or sailing details where they apply
- Any accessibility requirements that affect the vehicle we send
The price shown when you book is an estimate based on what you tell us. Our office confirms the final price before you travel, and it does not change afterwards because of traffic or a longer route.
