London Bridge serves Southeastern and Thameslink routes into Kent, Sussex and the south, and sits on the south bank beside Borough Market and The Shard. It is a major interchange and a station where street-level pickup needs arranging rather than assuming.
Where we meet you
The station has entrances on Tooley Street, St Thomas Street and the bus station side, and the roads around it are busy and restricted. Your driver agrees which entrance to use with you in advance and calls on approach. For arrivals with luggage we can meet you inside with a name board.

Almost any journey from London Bridge to the north of the river involves a bridge, and those queue at peak times. It is the main reason a journey that looks short on a map takes longer than expected, and we plan collections with it in mind.
The hours we run
We collect and drop off between 8am and 6pm. Commuter services here start earlier and finish later than that, so check your times against our hours. Weekend engineering works on the Thameslink and Southeastern routes are a common reason for booking a car, and we will move a collection when a train inside our hours is delayed.
