Charing Cross sits at the bottom of the Strand, on the edge of the West End and a short walk from Trafalgar Square. It serves Southeastern routes into Kent and south east London, and its position makes it one of the more convenient central stations for theatres, government offices and West End hotels.
Where we meet you
The Strand and the station forecourt are busy and stopping is restricted. Your driver agrees a meeting point with you in advance and calls when close. For arrivals with luggage we can meet you inside the station with a name board.

Journeys around Charing Cross are short in distance and unpredictable in time. Trafalgar Square, the Strand and Whitehall are all subject to events, closures and demonstrations at short notice. We plan with margin and the driver will take whatever route is actually moving on the day.
The hours we run
We collect and drop off between 8am and 6pm, so an evening performance is outside our hours for the journey home. Matinees are not: booking the return at the same time as the outbound saves standing on the Strand afterwards looking for a car.
